About Horrocks Nursery Farms-Landscaping Office

April in the Grand River bottomland comes up soft and dark, the soil letting go of frost a few inches at a time. Horrocks Nursery Farms-Landscaping Office starts the Ionia season right there, in the mud and the first green, with cleanups that strip winter off the beds and the lawn. From then on it is mowing, trimming and edging week after week, through the fast growth of June and the stubborn heat of August. Autumn closes the circle — leaves off, borders squared, the yard put down for the cold. Grass answers attention plainly and visibly, and that is a good thing to work with.
