Pruning Pro's Lawn & Landscape

About Pruning Pro's Lawn & Landscape

Before the clock in the courthouse tower has much of an audience, this crew is already out on the side streets off Grand River, pushing the night's snow into tidy banks so Howell can find its footing by breakfast. Winter here tends to arrive sideways, off the open ground west of town, and a drive cleared at five in the morning is its own small argument for optimism. Come the thaw the same trucks trade blades for mowers, and the work turns green: weekly cuts, trimmed borders, and an edge along the walk crisp enough to run a finger down. Pruning Pro's Lawn & Landscape takes on both halves of the Livingston County year — snow removal in the cold months, lawn care in the growing ones — for homes and businesses around Howell. It is unglamorous, repetitive work, and deeply satisfying: a place looked after week after week, until nobody has to think about why it looks that way.
