About Hunt's Property Services LLC

Houghton is built on a bluff, and the streets climbing away from the waterfront are steep enough that a September lawn and a February driveway turn out to be two different engineering problems on the very same lot. Hunt's Property Services LLC takes on both. In the green season that means mowing, string-trimming the banks and retaining walls, edging, and clearing what the wind brings down; in winter it means plowing, hand-clearing steps and landings, and salting the pitch of a drive where gravity is not on your side. Hillside properties reward patience and punish shortcuts, which is honestly the interesting part of the work. What you want at the end of any visit is a place that looks looked-after, whatever month it happens to be.
