Brian's Property Maintenance

About Brian's Property Maintenance

The Platte River runs right through Honor, cold and quick, bending west past the village toward the dunes and the open water of Platte Bay. Brian's Property Maintenance keeps lawns in this corner of Benzie County, where a June morning can smell of river mist and fresh-cut grass at once. Grass here grows with real enthusiasm once the frost lets go, and mowing on a regular schedule is how a yard stays tended instead of shaggy. Each visit ends with trim lines tucked against the walk and the beds, a finish a neighbor notices from the sidewalk. When autumn brings the coho up the Platte and the village gathers for its salmon festival, those yards still look cared for beneath the turning maples.
