About BUCK'S TREE SERVICE LLC

North of Muskegon the ground turns sandy and the Manistee National Forest crowds oak and white pine up to the road shoulder, and Holton sits right in the middle of it. BUCK'S TREE SERVICE LLC works those wooded lots, where one pine can shade a whole house and a dead oak can outlast three owners before anybody deals with it. Removals get taken from the top down when there is no room to drop a stem, and trimming lifts a crown high enough that a yard can grow grass again. Pruning clears out what winter killed so a tree puts its strength into what is left. When the lake-effect bands come off Lake Michigan and pile weight on the branches until something breaks, they cut the blowdown apart and clear the way back out to the road.
