About North Side Group Property Services LLC

North of Lake Macatawa the township runs to long lots and wide approaches — parking aprons, side drives, ground that takes real width to open up. North Side Group Property Services LLC covers it in both directions: mowing, trimming and edge work through the growing months, then plowing, shoveling and ice control once the lake starts throwing snow inland. Winter does not arrive here on a schedule; it arrives in bands, sometimes three times between dusk and dawn. The satisfaction lives in the before-and-after — a lot impassable at four in the morning, open and salted by six. Green season or white, the standard holds: clean to the pavement, clean to the edge.
