The land around Haslett rolls in low glacial swells — small rises, kettle hollows that hold water, driveways that pitch just enough to matter in February. Titan Landscape LLC reads those grades in both seasons. Summer means mowing across the slopes rather than down them, trimming the awkward banks by hand, and edging the drives back to their true line. Winter means plowing those same pitches early, clearing the walks to the step, and putting the snow uphill of where anybody has to walk. It is one property, understood twice a year, and the point of the work is that nobody has to think about it.
