About JBL Lawn and Landscape

March in Hartland Township is mud and meltwater, the frost letting go of the hills above Bullard Lake and running down every driveway at once. JBL Lawn and Landscape reads that as the starting gun — rake out the winter sand, open up the beds, get the mowers turning the day the grass says so, then hold the line all summer with steady cutting, trimming and edging. When January comes back with a clipper off the plains, the same trucks are out plowing drives and clearing walks before the streetlights blink off, laying salt where the wind has packed it hard. There is a particular satisfaction in a driveway that is black asphalt at dawn while everything around it is white. Twelve months in one township, with no gap left in the middle.
