About Northern Hydroseed & Landscape Maint., L.L.C.

Harbor Springs wakes up green in late May, all at once, the bluff lawns above Little Traverse Bay going from gray to a color you can see from out on the water. Northern Hydroseed & Landscape Maint., L.L.C. keeps that green honest — mowing on a steady week, edging the walks clean, hydroseeding bare ground until it knits, and hauling off the leaves when the maples along the shore road finally let go. A lawn that runs toward a bay view earns its lines; they ought to be straight enough to match the horizon behind them. Summer is short this far north and every cut counts. By the time the last cleanup is finished, the yard is ready to sleep under snow.
