About Keller Caretaking LLC

When the wind comes off Lake Michigan and lifts over the ridge toward the ski hills, Harbor Springs can take half a foot before the plows finish a first pass. Keller Caretaking LLC works those nights and the mornings after — drives plowed, walkways shoveled, salt where the grade turns slick, so a day can still start on time. In the warm half of the year the same properties get mowed, trimmed and edged, with cleanups in spring and fall to move the calendar along. Emmet County asks a lot of anyone who tends ground here: eight months of weather, four months of growing, no slack in either. Showing up for both is the whole job.
