Cutting Edge Caretaking

About Cutting Edge Caretaking

Harbor Springs empties out after Labor Day, and by January the houses up on the bluff stand dark, shutters closed, waiting. Cutting Edge Caretaking works that quiet stretch — plowing drives and clearing walks so a lane stays open all winter, keeping ice off steps nobody has climbed since fall. Then the thaw arrives, the town refills, and the same properties want mowing, trimming, edging and a cleanup that erases six months of weather. Winter runs long here and the snow keeps coming off Lake Michigan well into March, which makes an opened driveway feel like a small act of loyalty. Both halves of the year, the same houses, looked after either way.
