About Todd's Services Landscaping

The Huron River threads its chain of lakes right through Hamburg Township — Zukey, Strawberry, Base Line — and the yards come down to meet the water in short green runs between the cottages. Ground that close to a lake grows fast and stays soft, so Todd's Services Landscaping mows to keep the turf from bruising and edges the walks so the lawn stops before the shoreline path begins. Trimming handles the awkward parts every lake lot has: seawall corners, dock posts, the strip behind the shed. When winter locks the chain and the wind comes across the ice unobstructed, the narrow drives off the lake roads need plowing and the walks need clearing down to the door. It is a township of tight turns and tighter yards, and both reward doing the work slowly and well.
