Cooper's Lawn & Property Services

About Cooper's Lawn & Property Services

Hale sits in that stretch of Iosco County where Long Lake glitters on one side and the Huron National Forest closes in on the other, so half the yards in town end at a shoreline and the other half end at pines. Cooper's Lawn & Property Services mows both kinds — the tight village lots and the cottage lawns that slope to the water — trimming to the tree line and edging the drives so the sand stops where it should. Summer up here is a season people travel for, and a lawn kept level and clean is part of what they are coming home to. Then the leaves go, the road quiets, and the snow settles in for months at a time; the same drives get plowed open, the same steps get shoveled clear. Whether the place is lived in all year or checked on between visits, it stays looking looked-after.
