About Viking Lawn Care LLC

Ten below on a January night out toward Gun Lake, the north wind hunting across open fields, snow drifting back over a drive as fast as it is cleared. That is the weather Viking Lawn Care LLC works in — plow blade down, walks shoveled to the concrete, ice control laid where boots and tires actually go. Nobody sees the hardest of it, which is fine; what people see is a clear drive at daybreak and a walk that does not slide. Come the thaw, the season turns to mowing, trimming and edging, and the same yards get looked after in shirtsleeves instead of Carhartts. Winter or summer, it is the same township and the same work ethic.
