A.J.'s Lawn Care & Snow Removal

About A.J.'s Lawn Care & Snow Removal

On a January morning the Detroit River smokes and the fog climbs the bridges onto the island, and every drive on Grosse Ile wants opening before the first crossing of the day. A.J.'s Lawn Care & Snow Removal plows those drives and clears the walks to the door while it is still dark out. Come spring the same properties get the weekly mow, the trim along fence lines and garden beds, the cleanup that takes winter's leavings off the grass. Island weather is its own animal — wetter, softer, slower to freeze — and the schedule follows what the river is doing. Both halves of the year, the same yards, kept in hand.
