About Lynema Lawn & Landscaping

Grand Rapids grew up around a bend in a river that once ran rapids, and the neighborhoods climbed the hills on both sides of it. Lynema Lawn & Landscaping keeps the grass on those slopes — the narrow terrace strips between sidewalk and curb, the shaded squares beneath century maples, the wide lawns running down toward Reeds Lake. Summers here are humid and fast-growing, so the schedule stays tight: cut, trim, edge, walks blown clean before the truck pulls away. On a June evening the mowed bands catch the light along a whole block, one address after the next. That is what the route is for — a street kept looking tended, house by house.
