About Advanced Property Maintenance

East of town the land opens up around Knapp Street and the Beltline, and there is nothing out there to slow a northwest wind once it has crossed open ground. Advanced Property Maintenance works that edge of Grand Rapids in the dark hours, clearing drives and lots before the first eastbound headlights come over the rise. Drifting is the real job: a lane opened at midnight can close again by four, so the truck returns. Walkways are shoveled and treated, entries kept down to bare pavement, and snow piled where it will not blind a driver backing out. Sunrise on a finished lot — clean geometry, blue shadow, nothing left in the middle — is the part worth staying up for.
