About West Michigan Ground's Services

West Michigan is a strip of country whose weather is decided by one enormous lake, and everything from the M-231 crossing of the Grand River out to the beach grass answers to it. West Michigan Ground's Services covers that ground — mowing, trimming and edging through the growing season, cleanups at both ends of it, and plowing, shoveling and salting once the lake-effect machine switches on. Grand Haven Charter Township sits square in the belt, so a winter's work here gets counted in nights rather than in storms. Summer runs the opposite direction: long evenings, dry sand, grass that needs a consistent cut to look like anything at all. The work is the grounds themselves, held right through both extremes.
