About Lakeshore Property Services

The south pier is the town's calendar: green grass and bare feet around it in July, ice welded to the catwalk railings by January. Lakeshore Property Services keeps properties in order across both ends of that swing, mowing and maintaining lawns through the growing months and clearing snow when the lake takes over. Sand blows, storms arrive sideways, and the yards nearest the water take a beating every spring. Work along this shore has to be planned around the weather rather than around the wish. Bringing a property back into shape after the lake has had its way with it makes for a satisfying kind of day.
