About Crossroads Property Services

When the wind swings northwest, Lake Michigan hands Grand Haven a night's worth of snow in an afternoon, band after band coming ashore. Crossroads Property Services works snow removal in exactly that weather — drives, walks and lots opened while the flakes are still stacking up. The route crosses the river near the drawbridge, where the lights blur and the channel steams in the cold. A property cleared once during a lake-effect run has to be cleared again, and the willingness to come back is most of the job. By morning the streets are wet and open, and the town moves as though nothing happened.
