Forkel Fence Co & Snow Plowing

About Forkel Fence Co & Snow Plowing

Geneva Township runs on sand ridges north of South Haven, blueberry rows on one side and the big lake close enough west to write the weather. When the wind swings off the water, snow arrives in walls and quits as suddenly as it began. Forkel Fence Co & Snow Plowing meets it with the plow — clearing drives, farm lanes and lots, and pushing the banks back where they won't crowd the turn. Late at night, headlights out on an empty road with a whole drive opened clean behind them, the job is about as plain and as useful as work gets. By morning nobody around Geneva has to think twice about reaching the highway.
