About Greenbriar Landscape

September along Hammond Road is all old fencerows and windbreak maples, and once they start turning, the leaf work in Garfield Charter Township begins in earnest. Greenbriar Landscape spends those short bright weeks mowing what is still growing and gathering what has already fallen, working a yard back down to green before the first hard frost. There is a real satisfaction in the last pass of an autumn afternoon — turf clean, beds cleared, the smell of cut grass and wet leaves hanging in the cool air. The rest of the season is the quieter version of the same care: steady mowing, tidy trim lines, edges held true where lawn meets drive. Grand Traverse County gives a lawn about seven good months, and the point is to make every one of them look it.
