BC Lawn Maintenance

About BC Lawn Maintenance

On a June morning the Kalamazoo River carries a low sheet of fog past the south edge of Galesburg, and it burns off just about the time the first mower starts. BC Lawn Maintenance works into that hour, when the grass is still cool and cuts clean and the trimmer line ticks around a fence post in a rhythm you could set a watch by. What the crew is after is simple and hard to fake: an even height across the whole yard, no scalped ridges, clippings swept off the drive so the walk looks finished rather than merely done. Come December the same properties get a different kind of attention, blade down before breakfast, snow pushed well back from the apron where it won't slump into the lane by afternoon. It is one town, two seasons, and the same handwriting on both.
