About North Bound Tree Service LLC.

Snow arrives in Gaastra by the foot, and by midwinter the hardwood ridges of Iron County hold it in the crotch of every limb. North Bound Tree Service LLC. works this old iron-range corner of the Upper Peninsula, where maple and birch grow tall on the hills above town and lean hard over the houses tucked in below. Tree removal, tree trimming, and pruning are what keeps that weight from finding a roof — a split leader taken out, a long limb shortened before February gets to test it. Storm damage cleanup comes after the wet spring snows and the summer blowdowns that ride a warm front up from the lakes. At thaw, a yard cleared and opened up feels like the first honest sign of the year turning.
