Family Roots Lawn Care

About Family Roots Lawn Care

In June the big cottonwoods along Frenchtown's drainage ditches let go all at once, and their seed drifts across the yards like a slow, warm snow. Family Roots Lawn Care works those backyards — around swing sets, the worn path a dog has made along the fence, the thin shade circle under a silver maple. Mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup are the tools, but the aim is a yard people will actually use on a Saturday. Nothing elaborate is needed for that: grass cut even, lines held, nothing left behind in the drive. A lawn that invites you out onto it is doing exactly its job.
