About Livingston Landscape LLC

Livingston County is glacier country — the hills around Oceola Township are moraine and gravel, dropped here by ice and planted later with hay, then houses. Livingston Landscape LLC works that rolling ground in both directions of the year: mowing, trimming and edging while it is green, plowing, shoveling and salting once it turns white. Slope matters in both seasons, since water runs and snow slides, and a yard cut across the grade reads entirely differently from one cut with it. The aim is a property that looks finished — turf even to the fence line in July, pavement clear to the curb in January. The neighboring towns sit on the same hills and get the same treatment.
