About GLC Landscaping & Pools

The Huron River breaks into rapids as it comes through Flat Rock, loud over the limestone below the dam, and the town has arranged itself around that sound for a long time. GLC Landscaping & Pools mows the yards on both banks, edging the walks, trimming the fence lines and tree rings, and leaving nothing on the drive when they pull out. Summer downriver is humid and fast-growing; the schedule keeps the grass ahead of it. In winter the same streets need plowing, shoveled walks, and salt on the shaded stretches where ice sets in first. A cleared drive in January and a sharp-edged lawn in June come out of the same habit of showing up.
