About Lakeshore Property Solutions, LLC

On the bluff side of the township the wind comes up off the water with a rasp of ice in it, and the dune grass lies flat by December. Lakeshore Property Solutions, LLC works those mornings before the sky has any color in it, plowing drives and parking areas, clearing walkways, and spreading salt on the slopes and steps where runoff refreezes. Between storms the drifting keeps its own schedule, so the return trip matters as much as the first pass. It is loud, cold, unglamorous work done while most of the shoreline sleeps. Then the sun comes over the ridge behind town and every drive along the road is clear.
