About Real Property Maintenance LLC.

Around Garver Lake, February does its worst trick twice a week — an afternoon warm enough to run water off every roof, and a night cold enough to turn it to glass. Real Property Maintenance LLC. plows and treats for exactly that: driveways and lots pushed clear, walkways opened, salt worked onto aprons and steps before the refreeze locks them down. Snow crossing from the northwest reaches Cass County with weight in it, so banks get set back early to leave room for the next round. Lake roads narrow fast, and a drive left half-cleared only gets harder each storm. Open pavement at sunrise is the whole of the ambition here, and it is enough.
