About Tim Trowbridge & Son Hm Bldr

Lake-effect crosses Berrien County in bands, and on the back roads outside Eau Claire you can drive out of one and into the next inside a mile. Tim Trowbridge & Son Hm Bldr runs snow removal in that weather — plowing driveways and lots, opening walks, and putting salt where slope and shade conspire against a thaw. Long rural drives are their own problem: they load up from the field side, they hide their edges under new snow, and they want widening before the second storm rather than after. So the pass gets made wide and the banks get set back while there is still room. By morning there is nothing left to think about except where you are going.
