About B+B Lawnscape

Gratiot Avenue runs across Eastpointe on the diagonal, the way the oldest roads do, cutting its own angle through a town otherwise laid out in tidy squares. B+B Lawnscape follows both patterns: the long haul up the avenue and the block-by-block turns onto side streets where the lawns are small, square and close together. Early spring is the season this crew loves best, when the grass wakes up grey-green and one cut turns a whole street back into itself. Through summer that becomes the regular round of mowing, trimming and edging; through winter it becomes plowing and shoveling so a driveway is passable while the coffee is still hot. Nothing about it is complicated — it is simply the work of keeping a property looking like somebody is home and glad of it.
