There is a week in East Jordan when both jobs are true at once: maples letting go along the shore at Elm Pointe, and a squall line already gathering somewhere out past Charlevoix. Patriot lawn care works both sides of it — mowing, trimming and edging through the green months, leaf cleanups when the season turns, then plowing, shoveling and salting once the lake starts sending weather inland. Same driveways, same walks, different tool on the truck. Knowing a property in July makes it easier to clear in January: where the culvert sits, where the grade throws water, which corner drifts first. The measure of it is a yard that looks tended in summer and a drive that's open before breakfast in February.
