About Jaybird outdoors.LLC

North of town the gravel roads run out toward Richfield Township, and at first light in June the jays are already carrying on in the fencerow woodlots. Jaybird outdoors.LLC starts the day about then — mowing, trimming and edging while the dew is still on, working outward from Davison along those back roads. Outdoors is the honest description of it: whatever the season sets down, that is the day's job, right through to snow plowing when the drives fill in and need opening again. There is a plain pleasure in a yard finished before most people have finished breakfast, and in a driveway cleared before the school bus comes. Early is not a slogan here, it is just when the good light is.
