About Brooks & Hill Lawn Mowing LLC

Crystal Falls climbs — the streets tip up toward the courthouse on the hill, and everything below runs down toward the Paint River. Brooks & Hill Lawn Mowing LLC takes both halves of the year here: mowing, trimming and edging through the short bright summer, then plowing and shoveling once the hill roads go white and stay that way for months. A driveway on a grade has to be cleared right or it turns into a slide, so the plow work gets pushed wide and the salt goes where footing matters. There is a particular quiet at five in the morning up here — engine running, town still dark, a drive opened clean before anyone needs it. All of it stays in Crystal Falls and on the Iron County roads around it.
