About Jakes Lawn & Outdoor Care

Conway Township is Livingston County at its most agricultural — gravel roads laid out on the section lines, hayfields, and a horizon of barns north of Fowlerville. Jakes Lawn & Outdoor Care mows and trims out there, where lawns run right up against pasture and the mowing line has to be decided rather than inherited. Summer cuts are early, before the heat sits down on the field edge; the trimmer takes the posts, the propane tank, the light pole, the fence corner. Fall brings cleanup, the yard raked out and carried off so the grass goes into winter clean. It is honest outdoor work in a township that mostly measures itself in fields.
