Boots & City Lawn Care Services

About Boots & City Lawn Care Services

Saturday morning downtown, before the doors open along Chicago Street, the walks in front of the old brick fronts and the Tibbits Opera House still hold the night's cool. Boots & City Lawn Care Services keeps the green parts of that picture in shape — the setbacks, strips and small side lawns a business district lives with, mowed and trimmed and edged so the storefronts read clean from the curb. The route runs outward from there too, into the yards a block or two off the main run. Spring cleanup clears the grit and winter litter; the fall round takes the leaves before they pack down. A town that looks tended is a town people slow down in.
