About Top of the Hill Mgmt

Retail Clinton Township — the plazas and access drives out past Partridge Creek — has to be open and passable before the first employee arrives, whatever fell overnight. Top of the Hill Mgmt handles that end of winter: lots plowed, entrances and fire lanes opened, sidewalks cleared and salted while the storefronts are still dark. Managed property is a matter of sequence — where the snow gets stacked, which door gets opened first, when the crew comes back for a second pass. Get it right and nobody notices, which is the compliment. Get it right all winter and a whole property runs as though the weather never happened.
