Todd's lawn care

About Todd's lawn care

The side streets near Cass Avenue kept their old shade trees, and the light comes down through them in moving patches all afternoon. Todd's lawn care works those Clinton Township yards one at a time — mowing, trimming around fences and posts, edging the front walk, hauling off whatever the cut leaves behind. Shade lawns are their own puzzle in Michigan, thinner and slower to fill, and they reward a lighter hand. Nothing is showy about a well-kept small yard, which is exactly why a good one stands out on its block. By evening the grass is even, the walk is swept, and the whole street looks like somebody cares about it.
