Spring Green

About Spring Green

April in Macomb County arrives in stages: the frost goes out, the ground softens, and then one week the whole of Clinton Township turns from brown to green almost overnight. Spring Green works that awakening — lawn care through the season, mowing and trimming on a set rotation, edges recut where winter blurred them, the turf kept even from the curb to the back fence. A Michigan lawn has a short window and a great deal to do inside it. Keeping to the schedule through the growing months is most of what makes a yard look the way people hoped it would. By July, the difference between a tended lawn and an untended one is visible from the street.
