Lyster Contracting

About Lyster Contracting

Climax sits out on flat prairie ground, and when the wind gets up in January the snow does not simply fall here — it travels, filling a driveway back in an hour after it has been cleared. Lyster Contracting works against that drift: scraping drives and lots down to the pavement, banking the piles where the next gust will not hand them straight back, opening the walks to the steps. Salt follows on the packed track by the garage, the strip the sun never reaches all day. On the mornings after a blow the village streets look scoured and the fields glitter clear to the treeline, and every drive along the route stands open. That is the whole ambition — nobody stuck, nobody late.
