About Northern Property Maintenance

November comes early to this corner of Manistee County: the light quits by five, the fields go the color of straw, and yards get one final visit before the ground hardens for good. Northern Property Maintenance makes that pass — a last mow low and level, leaves lifted off the turf, edges tidied so nothing sits soggy under the snow to come. Through the warm months it is the same steady loop of mowing and trimming across properties spread wide over Cleon and the townships around it. In April the whole thing runs in reverse, clearing what winter dropped and coaxing the grass back into shape. It is unglamorous work, and it is precisely what keeps a place looking looked-after.
