About Pillywiggins Garden, LLC

There is a blue in the Chain of Lakes that never looks quite believable in photographs, and everything in this township seems arranged around it — hedgerows, orchard rows, hills folding down toward the shore. Pillywiggins Garden, LLC tends lawns and the green edges around them, mowing at the right height, trimming close to beds and posts, cutting an edge along the walks so the plantings have a frame. Mornings start in mist off the water and end with the grass drying pale gold in full sun. Cleanups bookend the year: winter debris carried off in spring, leaves gathered when the hills turn orange. Careful, unhurried attention, given one yard at a time around Central Lake.
