About 231 Property Services, LLC

Central Lake sits at the head of Intermediate Lake, where the Chain of Lakes narrows and the hills lean in close on both sides. 231 Property Services, LLC keeps lawns cut and grounds kept along those shores and the roads running back from them. Up here the growing season arrives late and leaves early, so the summer weeks get worked hard — mowing, trimming, tidying, one after another while the light holds until nearly ten. Plenty of these places sit quiet part of the year, and there is something good about pulling in to a lawn that has been kept even while nobody was watching. The result is a property that looks ready the moment its people come back north.
