Big Mack’s Lawn Care

About Big Mack’s Lawn Care

Cass City's village streets run beneath old maples, and in the last hour before supper the light comes down through them in pieces across the lawns. Big Mack's Lawn Care mows in that hour and all the ones before it, block by block, keeping front yards even and back yards clear out to the fenceline. Trimming around everything a yard puts in the way — posts, swing sets, the corner of a garage — then edging the sidewalk until the seam shows sharp. Spring cleanup, the long green middle of summer, the leaf-heavy end of October: a year gives a lawn plenty of chances to slip, and the remedy is simply arriving. One cut lawn is a small thing; a whole street of them is not.
