Ethan's Excavating

About Ethan's Excavating

Squalls cross the Cannonsburg State Game Area in gray sheets, and by the time one has passed a two-track can be gone entirely. Ethan's Excavating puts its equipment to winter use around Cannon Township — plowing long drives and open lots, pushing back banks that have crowded a gate, moving snow off where there's nowhere left to stack it, and opening the walks. Rural driveways here run hundreds of feet through oak and pine, and they ask for a machine with some reach and some patience. What they're after is a lane you can drive at night without guessing where the edges are. When the wind fills it back in, they come again.
