H2 Lawn Service

About H2 Lawn Service

The green season on the Keweenaw is short, bright and worth every hour of it, with grass running hard from June to September while Lake Superior keeps the nights cool. H2 Lawn Service takes those months at full speed, mowing and trimming yards around Calumet and Laurium before the light gets short again. Then the wind swings around and the other half of the year begins: plowing drives, clearing walks, moving snow that arrives by the foot instead of the inch. Living at both ends of a calendar like that sharpens the work considerably. A tidy yard in July and an open drive in January are, up here, the same act of care.
