Provision Property Management & Services

About Provision Property Management & Services

March in Caledonia is the shoulder nobody photographs: gravel showing through gray snow, meltwater cutting channels down the drive, the Thornapple valley loosening up all at once. Provision Property Management & Services works both ends of that turn, still salting the shaded ice in the morning and already planning the first rake-out of the year for the afternoon. Through summer the properties get mowed on a set rotation with the edges cut in and the walks blown clean; through winter they get plowed and cleared so a door is always reachable. Owners here have plenty else to do, and grounds that stay handled without a phone call are worth something. Whatever the sky decides, the place still looks like somebody is paying attention.
