About Kloosterman Landscaping

February gives Caledonia a blue hour that only shows up after a storm quits: sky going pale, snow squeaking underfoot, everything holding still. Kloosterman Landscaping is already moving in it, blade down, stacking the banks back off the drive so there is room for whatever the lake sends next. Walks get cleared to the surface and salted at the door, because the twenty feet between a house and a car is where winter actually gets decided. When June comes around the work turns green and the same properties get mowed, edged and trimmed week to week, cleanups included. A place looked after in the dark of the year tends to look after itself the rest of it.
