About NKC Property Management llc

On Dort Highway the lots have to be clear before the doors open, which means the real deadline for a Burton snowstorm is somewhere around five in the morning. NKC Property Management llc works to that clock, plowing and salting drives, lots and walkways so a property is ready when the first car turns in. The warm half of the year runs on the same principle at a slower tempo — mowing, trimming and keeping grounds even and orderly week to week. Weather here makes both jobs unpredictable, and the answer is simply to show up ahead of it. A property that always looks tended tells anyone pulling in that somebody is minding it.
