About K&R Stump Grinding

Bridgman lives between the dunes and the county road, close enough to Lake Michigan that sand gets into everything and the oaks grow up crooked and stubborn because of it. K&R Stump Grinding works those bluff-top lots and the streets running back inland. The order of things is tree removal, tree trimming for whatever stays, and then the grinder, taking a stump down until the ground can be filled and left flat. Sandy soil makes for fast grinding and an easy backfill, and a patch seeded in spring is unfindable by July. A yard that runs level to the treeline, with no gray stump parked in the middle of the view, is what the job is for.
